Is Cube Guruu free to try?
Yes. The interactive cube and the lessons on this site can be used without creating an account.
Can I learn with a real cube?
Yes. The voice lesson mode explains moves you can perform on a physical cube. You confirm those physical moves yourself; the site cannot verify them using a camera yet.
Which cube sizes are supported?
The current simulator supports 2×2, 3×3, 4×4, 5×5, 6×6 and 7×7 cube shapes.
Does the 3D simulator solve any scrambled cube?
Not yet. Its guided solution replays the inverse of the moves recorded inside the app. It does not read an unknown cube or compute a full independent solution.
Does the voice coach use generative AI?
No. The current voice coach uses prebuilt lesson logic and browser speech synthesis. Live conversational AI is a future product direction.
Can I use it on a phone?
The website is responsive and the 3D trainer supports touch controls. Your device and browser can affect sound and interaction behavior.
What is move notation?
R, L, U, D, F and B identify cube faces. A prime mark means a counterclockwise turn when looking at that face, and 2 means a half-turn.
